Too much power?

I'm wondering if the PSU I have is too much power for my system? I have had all of this running for awhile now. I'm wanting to upgrade to a PASCAL GPU when nVidia releases a decently priced version.

PSU 430W
CPU 54W~
GPU 60W~
RAM ?
MOBO ?
+ 2 120GB SSDs
and a CD/DVD drive
and an xbox controller
and sometimes another SATA HDD or USB only HDD

Except for issues like efficiency (if, say, you're running a 1300W PSU at low loads), there's absolutely no reason to worry. A PSU doesn't just steadily run at its rated output if it doesn't need to.

Whether you have enough power will, of course, depend on the GPU you buy.

It draws Minimum 0.5A of stand by 5v secondary circuit. Don't forget that contemporary PSUs are all electronic solid state not transformer based and draw (from the wall) just enogh power as your components require at a time minus efficiency factor. So let's say computer draws 100W of secondary circuit and has Bronze rating it would be using about 120W from wall. There are cheap power testers you plug in the wall outlet, computer in it and it would give you it's draw in Amps or Watts.
