All games in my computer has stopped working !

I booted my system , When i launch a game , it worked for the first time.
Then when i exited that game , and after some time when i again launch that game , it shows "the program has stopped working" and then i launch other games in which it says the same , "this program has stopped working"
Then i Restarted my computer.
Again Launch a game , it worked.,again exited and tried to relaunch it it stopped working !
It looks like that my computer can only run 1 game at each reboot !

I also tried with other games too , same message show .
Only the "BEX64" error is showing in every games stopped working message !
Looks like this BEX64 is the main problem !

Yes, no problem with that, but consider this:
You will never have it on 100% of the time, You know that it consumes some fps by itself, don't You?

I use it myself from time to time, but never when serious gaming is around the corner...
Btw. I'm running on a Windows 10 system, and I have recently discovered the inbuilt Xbox app which can do so much more than MSI After burner - when it comes to recording.

Just amazing! what a fantastic quality on both sound and screen shots, not to mention recording a game play at full resolution.

This is by far the best I ever tested and I am impressed. I tell You!
The only thing I have something against it is; the key shortcuts, they are in interference with the normal game keys like: Alt, Ctrl, A, Z etc. Otherwise I like it and the recording quality is just breathtaking, nothing to compare with..
