Computer turns itself back on after standby.

I just build a new computer and ran into a problem. After I turn it off it wakes up after a random amount of minutes 6 min, 9 min....
Not sure if its Windows, the motherboard, Bios options or what can be causing this? I tried the "easy Windows 10 fix" i found online about the "power buttons options" and turning off "fast start-up" but it didn't solve my problem.
Also, i got no idea if the lights on the motherboard are suppose to turn off on stand-by? Fans turn off on stand-by but motherboard led's are still on.

Help appreciated :)

Motherboard :Asus z170i pro gaming
Windows 10
SSD:Samsung 850 Evo m.2
G.card: Asus gtx 970-DCMOC-4GD5

ErP ready is disabled.
I have a Logitech g19 keyboard with its own power supply, disconnected the power cord from the keyboard and it seems to be the reason, because after I shut my comp Down and unplugged it, it didn't turn back on. Now how do I solve this? and give my keyboard the juice it needs?

I think i solved the other keyboard problems, it wasn't responding to Alt gr, never had any problems with that before i thought my keyboard was ready for the bin, but it seems razor synapse might have fucked that up somehow even though I only have a razor mouse connected, it works after i removed synapse reinstalled so hopefully it stays working :) I'll try that ErP thing you - thanks for helping me out :)

I put it on Enable (s4+s5) not sure what it means, but it works! :) There is also an Enable s5 option. Is any of them preferred over the other?
Again, many thanks for helping me out :) Finally I dont have to turn the computer off on the psu :)

Stays shut off on s5 as well - Also i noticed the graphiccard LED is off when the computer is turned on now, as when it was ErP ready "disabled" was on when the computer was turned off. The only LED that's still on when the computer is shut down is the motherboard one/ones...is that normal? Edit:eek:nly one LED stays on now, the flashy ones are off, so i'm guessing that one motherboard LED is just always on
