I'm after a mini-itx motherboard, that has/doesn't have the following features:
LGA1151 Socket
DDR3 or 4 doesn't matter to me
No Wifi (I never use wireless internet myself anyway, just wired network)
At least 2 PWM fan headers - excluding the CPU fan header 2 system fan headers as more than one would be nice to monitor fan rpm, and have more control over fans rather than plugging them directly into the PSU. The case I will get supports two 80mm fans and a front 120mm fan, I want to use the 80mms as exhaust fans and a 120mm fan in the front as intake, I can run both the back 80mm fans off a pwm splitter as they are the same fan, but the front will be different as it is a bigger fan and will run at different rpms etc...

The price range I am looking for is something below £90, but I could probably go to about £100 if needed.
