Custom build for Video editing : which mobo,cpu and ram?!

Hi guys, I'm looking to upgrade my pc in the next week mainly for video editing and perhaps a little bit of gaming (BF4, the division, RB6 siege).

I mostly need to change my cpu, mobo and Ram as they tend to bottleneck my rig (right now, I have core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz, ASUS p6p55d and 4Gb DDR3.

What I will keep is :

Graphic card : 4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 290
PSU : Antec 750W
Case : Coolermaster HAF932
Hard drive : 250 GB ssd + 1 TB external for backup

I'm also good with keyboard/mouse/ optical drive / monitors

Budget is around 600$ to 700 $ for the cpu, mobo, & ram.

Software i'll use is cyberlink powerdirector and Premiere pro!

What would you guys recommand :) !?

EDIT : I live in canada, so prices are much more expensive. Take that in consideration please !

When given a choice, I'll usually go for an Asus or Gigabyte or maybe an Asrock board. IMO they have the best reputation for reliability. The Gaming 3 is a nice board with upgraded sound (ALC 1150) and a M.2 connection.

To save a bit on the CPU, second choice would be the i5 6600K which can be overclocked to about the same frequency as the i7 6700K. However you would need a Z170 board and a aftermarket cooler which may negate any price...

Damnn guys!! Thanks for the fast response. :) I forgot to mention something important, i'm in Canada so the $ screw me good!
For example, that 369$ Core i7-5820K turns out to be 515 $ for me :(

I'm gonna edit the first post so ppl know for something a little less expensive

Thanks bearman for the post-canadian build ;) Could you elaborate why this particular mobo ? I indeed want to future proof with ddr4 so that's already a good point.
Also, lets say I were to drop price a little and save on the cpu. What would be your top 3 choice ? #1 being the i7 6700.

However you would need a Z170 board and a aftermarket cooler which may negate any price savings. The i5 6500 is the sweet spot of the i5 non-K chips. You could use the same MB and it comes with a stock cooler just like the i7 6700. If the primary purpose is video editing though, I would try to stick with the i7. If you limit yourself to 1080P editing, you can probably do fine with 16GB of RAM, but I would confirm this with some video editors out there.

For video editing? i dont think so. The E3-1241 v3 is a 8M Cache 3.50-3.9 GHz strong 4 core/8 thread Haswell cpu.
32GB will be enough for a long time and ASRock Z97 enable that for a budget price,

Okay cool! So you don't think that DDR4 is better for future proofing the rig ?

^^ any thoughts regarding that?

-- I forgot to mention I do have an aftermarket Hyper tx3 coolermaster and yes, my videos would be 1080p!
