Here is my spec:
Xeon E3-1270V5
8GB RAM
GT630
Asrock E3V5 Performance Gaming/OC mainboard.
I have noticed that after installing new custom watercooling, my Dota 2 FPS dropped from 60~70 to 49~39, LoL fps also dropped by 20-30. I'm able to play DS3 with minium settings with 15~25fps but now the game is unplayable with 5fps and below.
Any advice?

Why would you custom water cool an Xeon and GT630? The Xeon is barely overclockable, not nearly enough to warrant water cool. Second, the GT630 is a giant bottleneck for that Xeon to begin with, giving you no reason to overclock the Xeon.

You might have improperly installed the water cooling, what are your temps?

32~35C when idle, upto 50C when 50% load according to CoreTemp. And my temp with stock fan is just like the same before I start using custom WC. I was expected a bit lower temps after installed the WC.
Im using GT630 as a placeholder for the next gen VGA.

Ah sorry, just rechecked, 50~55C at 100% load. Is my CPU is the reason behind this FPS drop issue? Or my OS (Windows 10).

Alright, I have an ancient GT210 if that is enough for you. And what should I test with?
If its not enough, ill try to borrow my friend GTX960 to test with.
