getting very low fps on GTX 960 4G GAMING MSI version

hello there guys, I bought the new gpu yesterday.. gtx 960 4g gaming..
but I m getting very low fps in games lije bf3, bf4, gta v and far cry 4..
my old gpu is r7 260x 2G I got 60-100 fps on bf3 in med settings..
but with that nee power full gpu I m getting very low fps like even under 40 fps sometimes in bf3 wth even med settings..
bf4 just keep lagging..
I have windows 10 pro..
and tried nvidia driver vrsn 364.72 and 362.00..
this prblm is very bad.. :(
any help?
here is the config..

FX 6300 3.5 GHZ
GTX 960 4G GAMING
ASROCK 960GM-VGS3-FX (mobo)
G-Skill 8 GB 1600 mhz

please someone help me out.. :(

no but I formatted the whole c drive... and re installed the windows.. :(

not really - paging is when your system is out of RAM so it uses free hard drive space to act as RAM - the automatic allocation in Windows 10 is messed up so you set it statically. If it creates a bottleneck, it means you probably need more RAM (it shouldn't).
