Has anyone had trouble with the Asus Z10PE-D8 second socket not working?

About to request a new board but thought maybe there might be a fix so I don't have waste more time than I already have.

Yes I have. I tested both sockets and socket one works for both cpu with a post to the bios every time. None of the pins are bent in socket 2 and also i'm using the corsair 1500ai psu so power is not an issue.

You have both 4/8pin power connected? I know, but sometimes it's simple...

are you using a 2600 v3 or v4 cpu? i'm having problems with 2600 v4 series
