Is this Safe for Shipping?

Hey guys,
So Im shipping out a 3930k to a friend soon, and our local USPS post office does not have anti-static bagging. I've pretty much turned the house upside-down looking for old mobo boxes etc. but in the end I can't find any. My question is, if I were to put the 3930k inside an old bitspower fitting baggie (which fits snugly,) then pack it in a bubble wrap interior lined box, then bubble wrap that box, and then put it in a slightly larger USPS shipping box, would that be an effective method. Would the baggie conduct static electricity? (which is what I think would happen)
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just want to make sure everything is in order

Solution
Just take some cardboard, fold it over the processor, tape it down and put it in a bubble-wrap envelope - you'll be fine. Just tell your friend to ground himself before opening it.

Ah, my bad for not mentioning that. I do have some plastic shells at the house, but they are all for socket 1XXX processors, and the 3930k wouldn't fit them. I would buy some anti-static bags, but since this is a very urgent shipment, I want to get this out ASAP.
