I am thinking of buying the battlefield 4 game but im worried that whether it may lag way too high in my pc So guys i request u to tell me whether i can run it or not and if i can run it then on what settings??(high-mid-low)

Processor: intel core i5(4th gen) 4120u 1.7ghz and turbo boost 2.0 upto 2.7ghz
Ram: 8 GB
GPU: nvidia geforce 830M 2GB (Total graphics available: 4GB)
Laptop name: HP pavilion p003tx
And can u please also suggest me some good games that i can run on my laptop
