i want to overclock my 750m gpu and i know nothing about overclocking
my laptop is acer v5 573g
i7-4500u 1.8 with turbo boost upto 3.0 ghz
8 gb ram

Thermal solutions for laptops are not designed to cool overclocked components and it's not recommended that you try it. You will only gain a few fps at most and you may damage your system in the process. Since it's an ultra thin model cooling would be even more difficult.
