Hey i need help. alot of times when i start a program like chrome or when im in a game i get lagg spikes. when i open task manager i can see my cpu usage going up but not always hitting 100% mostly around 70% memory usage is around 50-65% i have tried reinstalling windows deleting all files after reinstalling windows i even deleted the windows.old folder and virus scanned my pc with malwarebytes also enabled roofkit scan. but no succes. i am still getting these random lagg spikes during idle and during gaming. i also cleaned the cpu fan. my pc is running without a case. setup is :
i7 3770 3.4 ghz
asus strix gtx 970
asrock h61m-dgs
crucial 240 gb ssd.
fatality 750w powersupply
i am running windows 10.
