So a guy bought a nvidia 770 gtx graphics card for his hp 3400 but he says that it doesnt work because he has old bios and has Foxcon 2abf.. but after about an hour a guy said that he should check out the msi gtx 750 ti because it has a legacy switch that works on old bios.. is this true?

Some cards do have firmware you can flash on it to enable it to work with more systems, you need to work with the vendor and specific model to find out for sure.
