Having looked at your crash dump file, highlighted, It seems like you are having an issue with the rtwlane.sys, this is the RealTek NIC/Wired ethernet driver. Update the network and other drivers. Even new systems come with old
early stage drivers. Update the BIOS, low level chipset drivers, and the other major on-board
drivers. First, try checking for updated drivers and let me know how it goes.

P.s what was in that memory dmp, near 700mb lol, has to download to view it. I just looked in that other crash dump file 250kb in the memory dump folder but noticed it's 2 months old, can you post the latest crash dump file

Also what's the full model number on the sticker on it's underside........... example:: HP Pavilion 15-e034tx

HP Pavilion - 15-p201la , that is the HP one and that was the most recent crash I think o ^o, andddd thx tho <3 , leeme update my bios - using HP page-
