What graphics card is better?

I currently have no graphics card ATM. But my friend just got ride of his old gaming rig. So i took hes PSU it is a 400W. So was looking at graphics cards. I was not looking to spend over $150. I was in between a GTX 750 ti/ ti SC or a Radeon R7 370. Some specs i have is intel i5 and 8gb or ddr3. I play games such as Arma 3, Bo3, Tf2, WaW, World of and tanks and battleships.

What PSU do you have? Just saying a 400W PSU doesnt says much.

The GTX 750Ti should be good. Works with a quality 350w PSU.

With that budget i'd go with a 950, its a little pricier than the 750 ti but still you can get it for less than $150, it performs better than the 750 ti and a r7 370.
