I am looking to get into Linux, but I have absolutely no idea where to start. If anyone could offer any advice or link me to a good website/YouTube video that would be greatly appreciated.

The best way, in my opinion, to learn a new operating system would be to use it as your daily machine at least for a week and perform all functions you usually do with your Mac/Windows.

Analyze what things are easier to do and what are not. You may also find things which are completely new to you such as some Linux only tools/softwares. When you run into problems with simple tasks like installing a basic software, google and find solutions for it. Start from there and keep learning as you go. Reading book for dummies as others mentioned will also benefit.

Get yourself a Raspberry PI/2/3 (about $25), in addition to the book. That way, you will have both your Windows computer, and a Linux computer where you can try whatever you've learned.

One thing you could do is install Virtualbox (free) on the computer that you already have. This basically allows you to run an operating system within your current operating system. Once Virtualbox is installed, download a Linux ISO (I prefer Mint KDE or Kubuntu) and install it.

I think the best way to learn it is to just start using it. Nothing wrong with reading about it, but jumping in and giving it a try will be helpful too.

Then post back here if something comes up or you just have questions about what you are seeing.
