set a custom fan curve, use something like MSI afterburner for instance or that program that came along with gigabytes card OC Guru(tho i never used it)
i might be wrong, but im pretty sure gigabytes windforce doesnt do an "automatic" 0 active fan like ASUS strix, atleast mine doesnt
so it should be spinning all teh time even on idle, how much depends on your fan setup, temps and such
