Original Screen resolution cant fit screen after new graphic card

I bought a new graphic card GTX 960 and after installing everything my screen resolution is at 1680x1050 but before the new graphic card it could go to 1920x1080. When I put it in 1920x1080 it dosen't fit the screen.

try uninstalling and reinstalling drivers if that doesn't work try looking through your monitor settings and see what you have the res set to because i think your monitor might have a role

I actually was able to find a solution all i had to do was change my monitor from AC to PC because i used a VGA cable with my old card but now i use a HDMI and I didn't know you had to change those settings. But thank you for the response :)
