Pretty simple, it`s an unbranded motherboard.
My advice stay away from it.

It will most likely contain the cheapest type of capacitors on the market.
Life time wise I would not expect it to last if used for as long as a branded known server board.

So if the data you intend to run with it is important and the system needs to run 24/7 when in use.

Pass.

The whole Idea of a server board is it`s designed to run 24/7 reliably with a lot of fault tolerance in and up time life hours before any failure of the board.

Buy a cheap one, unbranded and your asking for trouble, if the data being used on it or for the network is important and needs to be accessed 24/7.

For home use take the risk if you wish.
Just bear in mind even then the board...

The Ebahhh motherboard may be OK, but to me it's of an uncertain quality.

You might consider for a similar price, a Dell Precision T3500 which is x58 and can use Xeon W3500, W3600, X5500 and X5600 4 and 6 cores,has two GPU slots, for example:

There are many, many of these. the components are very high quality, there is a surprisingly good support form Dell- drivers, plentiful parts, and etc.

I had good results with a similar system

With a PERC H310, the disk could be made 6GB/s and using an SSD, have a disk mark similar to the T5500 listed. The PERC controller changed the disk score from 1940 to 2649.

This is very likely to be much easier and overall less costly than assembling from parts.
