Would this make a good Gaming PC Build?

Hello, I would like to know if this would be a good PC to build with its parts. My main concern is that I have never really worked with smaller style cases and components like the ITX, and don't know if certain parts like the CPU Cooler would fit correctly. If anyone knows, it would help since they do not have it down to say if it would or not, and if not what a good cooler for the CPU would be since I do plan on overclocking it. I would not care to go down from 240mm to 140 or 120mm either.

I also have been wondering if I should stick with the MSI 980 Ti card or go with the EVGA 980 Ti Hybrid, and connect that cooler to the bottom to take in air to the card. Thank you!

Also, if I should go with the ITX or switch over to the Micro ATX. I don't want a really huge build, and I do not plan on doing any kind of SLI work with cards, and won't need more than one slot for PCI-E. I plan on making this more portable and not as bulky to carry around in case of moving or needing to move it to a different room. (Never built small before so I am new to this "downsize")

Didn't notice I picked the 6700 and not the 6700k.

My main questions are these:

1. I am not completely sure that the H100i will fit in the case because it is unknown if it is compatiable with the Define Nano Saturday.

2. If I should bump up the graphics card to a hybrid card that EVGA or MSI sells, and replace the fan on the bottom, or just keep a regular MSI card I have already. (Again, not sure if that would fit, especially if the radiator for the CPU does fit)

Thank you! I will be new to going a bit smaller so I wanted to know what I was getting into. I am thinking of selling a computer I built back in December to someone looking for being more of a SLI guy than I am and an ATX board. The only different in the one here is this is an ITX, and the system I have now has a 980 and 16 Gbs of RAM, but ended up being a lot more money I feel than this one I made up, unless prices drastically changed so bad.
