Urgent, have problem installing the cooler

I've been struggling for hours now , just can't put them into the screws can someone pleasetell me what am i doing wrong ?
btw my mother board is maximus viii hero , and as i mentioned before im tyring to install a hyper 212

[strike]unless you've somehow configured it wrong; i would guess it is bent/defective...[/strike]never mind that.

awesome it did fit.
it should be rather snug but have some slight diagonal wiggle with little effort. if you experience any memory errors or unexplained BSOD it may be on too tight but i doubt it.

i have tried everything watched several youtube videos , one side just comes high up when u screw the other side

back plate is metal and i believe its screwed correctly . i can take a pic for u if that helps (form the back side )

thats what im trying to to but its not possible since as soon as i screw in the top left one , right side comes up
 
is supposed to be a little bit strain on the cpu plate to ensure contact. maybe just press harder to fit.

never had this problem with a hyper 212 on AMD or Intel setup.
could be that one of the arms is slightly bent. or may be old hard thermal paste keeping it from laying totally flat?

x bracket fits well whitout the cooler on but as soon as i put the cooler on and put the middle screw in the coolers whole this happens , also i cleaned the cpu with alc several times before puting the paste on ,

i applied some force and screwed them in , hopefully i didn't damage my cpu , do u think i might've damaged my cpu , also the middle screw is a bit leaned to the left should open all or its fine ?
