i7 4770 getting too hot ambient temp is 43 c on stock cooler

hi folks
i7 4770 is reaching upto 90-95 c the ambient temperature of my city is 43 c it is summer time i am using stock cooler is it normal ? if it is not normal tell me what should i do now ?

Yes, it is completely normal, if the ambient (air) temperature is 43C.

You should get a better cooler, perhaps a hyper 212, that should be adequate and is not too expensive either.
