GTX 780 Display driver stopped responding and has recovered.

I keep getting lag spikes then getting the message "GTX 780 Display driver stopped responding and has recovered", I have been having this problem su=ince upgrading my driver to version 10.18.13.6472.
Please Help as this is really annoying and my GTX 780 is pretty much brand new!

If it's just started after a driver install, then please undo the driver update, restart, try it again, restart and try to play your games. If the problem persists after this, we can blame it on the drivers being unstable, so just undo the update and don't update until a newer version comes out

I updated my driver so I'm gonna wait and see if it comes back!!
