So i have this system HP Z800
Xeon X5650
GTX 580 10gb DDR3
I got it from my brother when my quad core died, He got the system from his office and he gave it to me as a replacement until i get the new one then i added it my GTX580 from my quad core and added 4gb ddr3 ram to make it from 6 to 10gb.
Now my brother leaving his job for a new one at the end of the month and he needs to handover everything the company issued him which includes the system.
Now when that happens i will need a system because without one my life is hell because of my work (designer-musician and a bit for video editing) and gaming-modding. I was holding until Nvidia pascal HBM release to get the new system but as it turned out I'll be needing one by the end of this month to May's first week.
The new build I want to buy is
-I7 Skylake 6700k
-ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO DDR4 INTEL LGA1151 PLATFORM - INTEL Z170 EXPRESS CHIPSET
-CORSAIR VENGEANCE or Dominator or Kingston hyperX 16GB 3000 BUS DDR 4
-GFX Card Pascal HBM
-COOLER MASTER STROM TROOPER BLACK (SGC-5000-KWN1)
-SAMSUNG 850EVO 500GB 2.5"
-WESTERN DIGITAL 2TB SATA 64MB CACHE CAVIAR BLACK 3.5" (DESKTOP)
-WESTERN DIGITAL 4TB SATA 64MB CACHE CAVIAR GREEN 3.5" (DESKTOP)
-COOLER MASTER V1000 1000WATTS POWER SUPPLY (RS-A00-AFBA-G1)
-CORSAIR CPU LIQUID COOLER H110I GTX
And according to the news/rumors Pascal HMB won't be coming this year or even if it release by the end of the year, my question is what do i do?
Do i buy the system i mentioned above without the GPU and put my GTX580 in it until Pascal releases HBM or GDDR5X for that matter or buy a 2nd hand system (which i think is the waste of money).
And if YES for the new system then tell me also if i need to update or change (for betterment) any component in the build i want to get.
