i7 6700k stock temps with cooler master hyper 212 evo

i just used Aida64 cpu stability test for 25 minutes and my cpu temp was 66c and cpu core max temp was 72c are those temps are high with evo 212 or not?

They're getting 58 C under load with a 4770k, and that's with an unusually low ambient of 18 C. And the 4770k actually has a slightly lower TDP than the 6700k.

OP, what's your ambient temperature?

OP, what's your ambient temperature?

my ambient temp is about 26c i just upgraded form 4690k and my previous 4690k never goes on 62c at 100% load should i check the installation of the cooler?

well i check my temps daily, and can say with my own evo 212, im getting idle 28-30 and under load max 55 6700K ofc

i had this cooler for 4690k when i removed it from previous motherboard i didnt remove the paste from the hyper evo and when im installing the new cpu i put paste on middle of the cpu just very low did i pur so much thremal paste?

and one more thing could you guys please look over my voltages are those fine or not? i just set my cpu core voltage at 1.20v but still getting 1.5 at idle and im on stock speed with turbo boost here is picture http://tinypic.com/r/ekqcz/9

You should have cleaned the paste off the cooler before you installed it with the new CPU.

Also, if you're running at stock speeds, why change the voltage?

so should i stick with 1.308 auto voltage? p95 was hitting max to 79c after on 1.25v im hitting max 66c. i saw it on other threads that 6700k should have stock voltage at 1.20.

No these temps with an air cooler are not too high ,since I'm running the same CPU with costume water loop (dual 120m rad) and my temps are from 23-26c idle and running cinebech r15 (which I recommend you doing too) are from 65-70c . Just make sure it wont go higher than 78c and you will be fine.
