Pick the 6600k. Here's why: the 6700k and 6600k, like all i5 and i7 relation CPUs, are extremely similar, except one big thing: The 6700k has hyper threading, and the 6600k does not. Hyper threading is a technology created by Intel that allows a processor to run two threads at once in one core. The link I put will help you better understand how. Basically, doubling the threads in each core isn't better than having the physical cores, but it's a huge improvement for apps that can take advantage of those extra threads. These apps include things like photoshop, Vegas Pro, and any other render/video editing/photo editing apps (good ones at least) can take advantage of extra threads. Games however only use 4 threads max, which there are on a desktop i5. So if you were to buy that 6700k over 6600k, you'd be wasting almost 200 dollars you could use on a better graphics card.
