H100i V2, During gameplay or CPU Stress Test, the Pump and the Fan doesn't change the speed, why?

I have one more question.

During gameplay or CPU Stress Test, the Pump and the Fan doesn't change the speed, why?. They keep the same quiet noise, like if the PC is idling.

Corsair Link shows the same RPM for both, why?.

They change speed if I change them to Performance Mode, but, they should change automatically...

The Cooler is sopposed to work without the installation of corsair link, and it should change speed automatically, just like an air cooler.

You are not getting the cpu hot for it need to speed up this is a good thing
