I am putting together a build for my friend and he says he'll do web browsing and some casual gaming like CS:GO, GMOD, etc. Budget should be below 400$ USD without Windows. This is what I currently have chosen:

I've only built one PC so if anyone with more experience could make any suggestions for better parts or anything really that would be great.
