Installed upgrade SSD 250gb Old drive not even connected but still only has 64gb of available storage.

Installed new Samsung SSD in my Asus eeeSlate and out of 250GB of storage space only 64GB are available. It thinks is still has the old hard drive. I looked at the BIOS and it shows the Samsung as primary. However, when I go to the computer in the Windows application the C drive shows only 64GB. It should be 250GB. The computer works like there is nothing amiss...
Help!

It sounds like you cloned the original disk. You didn't do it correctly. There is an option to use the entire new disk when cloning.

Go into disc management and expand the partition to the full size of the drive.

I would recommend you re-clone the disk and check the appropriate option to use all available space on the target drive.
