How do I find compatible DDR3 ram for the P45 chipset?

I am in the process of resurrecting an old PC I have laying around, Core 2 duo E8400, Nvidia 9600GT, GA-P45T-ES3G motherboard.

I used to have 8gb of memory (2x4) in the form of a Gskill kit, but since then I moved that ram to a new computer, and need 4gb of ram to get my old machine running. I bought some Kingston ram (1 stick, 4GB DDR3 - 1333HZ CL9 240 pin hyperx fury) but the computer can't boot with it, won't even post, just gives me the classic phoenix 1-1-1-1-1 beep pattern for a while then turns off. I know this is an incompatibility issue because I had this problem a couple years ago when I was switching ram between computers, some sticks work, some don't. As far as I know in this case it has to do with the intel P45 chipset not being compatible with high density ram.

I want to take it back to the electronics store tomorrow and swap it out with compatible ram but I have no idea how to tell which ram would or would not be compatible, what should I do?

Solution
The 775 mobos require DDR3 that is made with low density memory ICs, I'd look at the GSkill NT series of value DRAM, which are among the few still fairly widely available, check with NewEgg
