Building a new custom PC, but I don't know if these parts are compatible

This is my second post, someone suggested for me to go to a website and choose the parts, so I did, but I just wanna double check with people.

I want to make a Gaming computer below 1,000 dollars, I plan to buy all those components and then start upgrading them one by one. I also wondered if they would all fit in the case.

So you have a trust issue with thus site. Thus site has professionals upload what components work with each other. Thus site is legit ok, so if it says it is capatiable, which it does, then everything will work including everything fitting in the case part that your worried about. So the simple answer to your questions is yes, everything will be fine with this build.
