I have Mp3 audio files on a Mac-formatted Iomega hard drive. I want to connect the drive to my PC, view, download and listen to the files on my PC with Windows 10.

Solution
The MAC filesystem is something called HFS Plus. Windows doesn't read it natively, but you can download software that will let Win10 read HFS Plus. For read-only access from windows, HFSExplorer is free. You will have to pay to get read-write access, as far as I know.

Are you aware that you can copy them from the Mac to the Windows box over the network if they are on the same network?
