Why won't my pc stay on

So the other day I was fixing my water cooler for my cpu. And my computer will turn on for 5 seconds and then just turn off. I checked if something was unplugged, but every thing was in check.help

If it happened right after you were fiddling with the cooler, you need to check over the system fully. No way to help without being there to see how things are in. Maybe the CPU got unplugged or heatsink is not on, any number of things. Basically start with how the system was assembled and re-do the setup.
