hello guys my PC spec is :
Cabinet : Deepcool Dukase White
AMD Phenom II x4 955 overclocked at 3.80 ghz
MSI 970 gaming motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper 212x cooler
corsair CX750 PSU
12 GB ram (8GB Kingston HyperX Fury 2+2 transcend Ram)
1TB HDD

I am planing to buy This GPU plz sugest me in these 2 both are zotac

The CPU will bottleneck your GPU but by how much depends what games you play?

My monitor is 1650x1050 I play GTA 5 , dota 2,cs go, cod bo 3, bf4 multiplayer,

GTA 5 is CPU intensive, will bottleneck. If you can, get a better processor and mobo.

My mobo is MSI 970 gaming motherboard its great mobo

Its Am3+ socket
Tell me processor then ...
