Which motherboard should i get? Both are on sale here in Norway right now.

I am going to use I7 6700k and H110i GTX or i5 6600k and noctua nh-u12s. Corsair lpx 2400mhz 2x8 gb, Rm750i or rm850i, Msi gtx 970 4g, Samsung 850 evo 250gb, WD blue 1tb and fractal design r5 black.

I am maybe going to overclock. I am going to use the pc for gaming mostly. And when i play games i always have steam, spotify and many internet tabs open. Should i go the i5 route or the i7 route?
