From Intel

The GMCH includes the next-generation Intel® Graphics Media
Accelerator X4500 (Intel® GMA X4500) with built-in support for
smooth high-definition video playback without the need for add-
in video cards or decoders. Intel GMA X4500 comes with Intel®
Clear Video Technology, which enhances the visual experience
with a combination of video-processing hardware and software
technologies.

Now things have changed over the years so some of the newer codecs may lean more on the cpu. Again, if your video plays back smoothly chances are the system is upto the task.

You'll unlikely need a dedicated graphics card, but we really need a model number here. Even if we're talking about a Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge CPU here, (model numbers starting with 2/3), I don't see a need to grab a dedicated card for HD video playback. If it's a remotely recent generation (last few years) it should be fine, but we'll need a model number to be sure. (you can find it using dxdiag)

Video running fine but i kinda feel the appearance is weak than when i had graphics card.
Gt 210 will make any better in video playback?

All that you get after is generally enhancements(smoothing/de-blocking/color enhancments/ect). Intel has some of those so you can check the Intel software to change video settings.

This link may help you get an idea of what you are looking for on your Intel integrated card.
Intel® Clear Video Technology FAQ

At current most Nvidia cards have the following options. A 210 is a pretty old card too.
Image settings
Edge Enactments. Sharpens edges. Too much will make things look pretty bad.
Noise Reduction. reduces noise. May soften the image so do not over use.
Inverse Telecine. This is for interlaced video. FullHD should NOT be interlaced, but the option should be left on since it will be used for other interlaced video.
Color settings
Brightness
Contrast
Hue
Saturation
Gamma (On Red, Blue and Green)
Dynamic Range(should be set to 0-255 for computer monitors and some TVs and and 16-235 for some TVs)
