hi i have a toshiba c855d ,i have 6 gb of ram installed but only 3.5 available .
i have one 4gb ram (bottom slot) and 2gb ram (top slot)
when i swtich the ram around i have 1.5 gb avaible of 6gb
My laptop is only alowing me to use the ram that is installed in the bottom slot but, recognizes that i have 6gb installed.
someone please help me .
