Short answer is NO.

the Sempron is a Single-Core CPU. Games now a days require at least a Dual-Core CPU.

What motherboard do you have?

You have enough RAM, but very weak GPU and CPU. You will not be able to play modern AAA games.

Not with a 710,the GPU will get maxed out creating a bottleneck that will make it run smooth even on a dual.

For anybody else, they can easily fix the offending thread's bad multitasking behavior.
