A good cheap graphics card to replace a ATI Radeon 4250

Gtx 750 Ti's are usually fairly priced and you get excellent performance out of them.

I say go for AMD radeon hd 7750 or better GTX 750 if you're a mid settings gamer. they are cheap compared to performance.
