-ASRock Z97 Anniversary Motherboard
-MSI GTX 970 4GB
-Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz 2x4GB Dual Channel 8GB kit
-EVGA G2 550w Gold Modular PSU
-Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD (OS and a few main played games)
-1TB Western Digital Caviar Hard Disk Drive (Least played games, music and junk)
-Windows 7 Home Premium OEM
-1920x1080 LG monitor

I own a Bitfenix Comrade Case and i would like to upgrade from my whirly stock cooler.
Will this fit in my case?
Have i have see the official install video by Corsair and it looks like it would fit as my back fan is 120mm. Also i will be getting an i7 4790K in two weeks so when i take the corsair cooler off my old i5 will any water leak out or is it an enclosed one so the contact on the CPU is a kind of metal with water running behind it right? (i'm new to water coolers)
(Also i have seen some bad customer reviews about high noise, leakages and pump failing after a few months of usage. does anyone have some in site on this??)
