So ive made posts on my issue before where my pc would automatically turn of completely or just rebooting but i come to made this post again today because i thought i just would eventually find the solution to my problem but no. my pc specs are: A8-7650k 3.3ghz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 RAM GSKILL
GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 960 2GB
HDD: Western digital 1TB
PSU: 700w AeroCool 54amps
MOBO: ASROCK FM2A88M-HD

If anyone could give me any information on why my pc reboots and turns off it would be much appreciated. (btw only just recently bought that psu because I thought the other one was broken thats why it was turning off)

A few things could be causing it.

Thermal. Check the temperatures under load. A motherboard will auto shutdown or reboot after a certain temperature as set in the BIOS. Motherboard software can also monitor temperatures and give you a warning when you reach a limit before shutting down.

Next it could be the power supply, the plug feeding the power supply, or the receptacle, power bar, or UPS.

Last it could be the switch on the case. Try unplugging the case switch cable from the header on the motherboard. You can start the computer then yank the cable, or start the computer by shorting the pins in stead of using the case switch. I use a paper clip to short it out and start the computer if the motherboard doesn't have a...

If it's none of those 3, it can be software related. Something in windows shutting you down. At this point I'd do a format and reinstall windows without wasting time trying to figure out the problem.

If the solution persists after reinstalling windows you have a hardware malfunction. Most likely a faulty motherboard.

The first 3 things takes 10 minutes to test. Installing Windows is a 30min - 1 hour ordeal. Not that big a deal to troubleshoot, just a pain in the butt.

The only way to reinstall windows without touching data is to have multiple partitions or drives. Windows on an SSD, and data on another drive. Or 2 partitions on 1 hard drive.

Programs such as office, photoshop, pdf viewer, games, etc.... all need to be reinstalled with a fresh install of windows, so those can get installed on the same drive/partition as windows. The reason is the registry and other stuff need to be edited with a program install. But any videos, photos, data, should be stored on a separate drive for that very reason. having multiple drives and partitions makes it so you don't need to back up 10,000 pictures or songs if you ever want to format.
