I recently bought a USB 3.0 Wifi adspter for my PC. It is a netgear n6210. It was working just fine with Windows 10 but I had to reinstall Windows 7 and re-upgrade to Windows 10 again. After I did that, my PC detected the adapter, but couldn't connect to the internet, so I reinstalled windows 7. Now my PC doesn't even know when I have it plugged in. I have tried every USB 3.0 port on the computer and have installed drivers from the CD multiple times.

did you remember to install teh USB 3.0 chipset drivers? since win7 doesnt come with native usb 3.0 you need to install those usb 3.0 drivers seperately
