Computer turns on and immediately off after a bad shut-down Please Help

A couple of days ago I was on my computer and decided it was time for me to go to bed. I hit the power button and the computer seemed to shut down but.... It stayed on for a while so I held the power button down to make sure it would shut down and that is what it did. I then tried turning my computer on today but it would just quickly turn back off as soon as my fans would start to spin. It then would countine you do this boot up then turn off immediately until I dis-connect the PSU from any power. This is now the only thing that happens when I boot. It worked great and fine before I turned it off that night. Specs: 16GB DDR4 Ram, i7-6700k, 600W PSU, GTX 970. Please help me find a fix!!!
