Upgrading motherboards to i7 Need to know if it fits in my Case ?

Hey guys here is what i want to get - , your help is much appreciated.

*i7 4770K

*Gigabytes z97x gaming gt

What i have now -

*Thermaltake Versa 2 Case (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001998)

600 Watt PSU

FX 6300

16 GB Ram

GTX 970 Mini from ASUS (Yes i know its a mini)

What i need to know please

Can the motherboard and CPU work with all my other parts? Will it fit in my case? Are all my parts A OK For Compatibility ? Cheers!!

Yes, the Gigabyte GA-Z97x gaming GT and i7-4770K will fit the Versa 2 case easily since the case is designed for ATX boards. The rest of your parts should all fit and work together without any problems. I'm assuming you have DDR3 memory and an ATX power supply since you didn't list details about them.

Everything will fit. Case supports 317mm cards, that mini card is only 170mm.
RAM must be of DDR3 type.
Only incompatible thing there is FX 6300.

What is brand/model name of that PSU?
