High GPU Temps?

CPU: i5 6500 Skylake
GPU: Powercolor PCS+ R9 390
RAM: 8GB (2x 4)
PSU: XFX TS Series 550W 80 PLUS BRONZE
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-H110M-A (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel H110 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Im monitoring my temperature for my graphics card using CPUID HWMONITOR and it shows that my Min temp is 57c and max is 63c.. is this normal? I am only using case/cpu/gpu fans for cooling and not any liquid cooling or anything. Is my gpu temps too high? Is there a way to lower it through any settings or anything?

but see... it says my MAX TEMP is at 63... so ONCE my temp reaches 63 my screen goes black

If its designed to run up to 94c... why does CPUID say my max temp is only 63

If the temp readings are correct then it's not getting too hot. You may have another problem. What power supply brand and model do you have?

63c is a very acceptable temp...u have no cause for alarm until it crosses 80c...
but if there is a black screen involved, thn u need to take care of tht...
does it go black everytime it reaches 63c???

this is my Power supply.
But how come cpuid lists 63C as my MAX temp? thats whats confusing me =/

so my PC crashes... but I can STILL hear the sounds in game and other stuff running the background.. just my screen display goes black

like every other day.. lol it doesn't happen all the time so thats why it confuses me more.. to be honest I don't even know if its blacking out at 63C

yeah it usually happens when i play Counter-Strike Global Offensive... one day it would be fine... then the next day it would happen like 2 times.... then its fine again.. etc.

run sfc /scannow from cmd
