Is it possible to run GeForce 610M AND Intel HD together?

Alright. So i just recently reinstalled my windows (still using win 7) and installed all my drivers for sure.
However, I have noticed a huge performance drop on all games (CSGO runs about 20fps on lowest).
Later, I have discovered that my laptop was running only Intel HD graphics, so I went to Nvidia control center and set that my laptop use dedicated graphics card (GeForce 610M) and the performance on games went back.
But I guess my laptop just turned off Intel HD and just using GeForce as the main one. So, if it is true, is there any way to turn these two on?

P.S. when I ran Speccy on my laptop (it is the app which collects your pc specs) it wrote that SLI is disabled. Is it possible to turn it on on the laptop?

It's impossible as far as I know, for SLI you need 2 Nvidia GPUs of the same kind. Plus it wouldn't give you that much of a performance bump if it was possible anyway. I've heard of very few laptops that even SLI with two Nvidia cards.
