i have a core i3 5th gen 4gb 1tb and an amd 2gb graphics card but not able to play NFS rivals why..??

Have you configured your laptop so that it uses the AMD GPU for NFS Rivals?
If you don't, then the game will only have access to the default Intel GPU which isn't powerful enough, consequently the game won't be able run.
