Current Specs:
CPU: i7 5820k
GPU: Asus Strix 970
PSU: Cooler Master 750W Gold
Liquid Cooler: h105 hydro series
RAM: 2 8gb sticks
Motherboard: Asus Pro x99
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500gb
CASE: Phantom 410 Grey
Monitor: Dell UltraSharp U2414H 24-Inch Screen LED Monitor

So these are my current specs. Since I am moving house, I am also planning to tweak and improve my setup. I am already going to change the case to the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Full Tower Chassis, I am planning to buy 2 more monitors I dont know which yet tho because I cant find a good 24 inch IPS monitor that has more than 100hz. I am probably going to upgrade the liquid cooler aswell but i do not know which one. And since I am getting 2 more monitors, I also want to get a new graphics card preferably a 980ti that can handle 2 monitors but again I dont know which 980ti is the best.

Btw, I am using this PC for gaming.

Solution

10x better was based on what the CEO of Nvidia calls CEO math, which was mainly used as a headline for sites...
What is your budget for each of these and what resolution monitor do you want?
For the graphics card wait until late May/early June during computex, because this is when both AMD and Nvidia will release/reveal their new graphics cards.
There will be a significant jump in performance compared to previous generations, and most likely will be GP104 980 and 970 replacements.

Budget for GPU: less than 800$
Budget for 2 Monitors: less than 500$
Budget for Liquid Cooler: less than 200$

For the liquid cooler, go for the Kraken X61. Best performance 280mm AIO afaik, and is reliable.

For the graphics card, you'll only need to spend around 600, as this is the highest speculated price point for the 980 replacement seeing as it will be on a new process and with faster memory. This could be money to add into two monitors if you're really keen, but I'd just view it as money saved :)

For the monitors, it is highly unlikely that you will find an IPS high refresh rate at that price.
I was going to recommend a dell ultrasharp, but since you already have one, I'd say just pile that money together and get an XB270HU. IPS high refresh rate monitors are typically reserved for the high end, so better to get one that is great and reliable rather than two shoddy ones.
My friend has one, and absolutely loves it.

1440p resolution with 4ms response time at 144hz and G-Sync.
Great for the new graphics card, as you'll probably get maxed out with it.
Tested on it, and the response time is great, along with good colors out of the box.

So first of all
the best cooler from my opinion is h100i from corsair

secondly for the screens
I couldn't find anything that is IPS and more than 60 hertz and i also prefer that buy two extra screens of the same model because mixing different brands screens can be irritating to your eye especially for the brightness and the thickness of the screen border

and lastly
for the GTX 980 ti
there are hundreds of models from different manufacturers
so the answer is it really depends on your experience with the brands

but I suggest you the following

{{The EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB VR EDITION ACX 2.0+ "06G-P4-3996-KR"}} if you are going to game in VR
(about 700 $)

{{The EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Classified ACX 2.0+ "06G-P4-4998-KR"}} (about 675 $)
{{The Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB XTREME GAMING "GV-N98TXTREME C-6GD"}} (about 600)
if you are willing to overclock

I'd be aiming for 2x980Ti but that's well over budget. For the extra vram for 3x1080p but also a single will do well for 40-60fps however you want Hz screens so to take advantage of that you really want 100fps which you will only get with 2x980Ti.

I'd also wait for Pascal and see what replaces the 980Ti

I heard pascal is not focusing on gaming more on rendering or editing but maybe it was just a lie, I guess I will wait for pascal and see what they got. They said that Pascal would be 10x better than a Titan X due to its new technology but does that mean that the graphics card would be really expensive? like 2000$?

10x better was based on what the CEO of Nvidia calls CEO math, which was mainly used as a headline for sites to push the supercomputer aspects of the high end WORKSTATION cards.
It does not mean that the cards will be expensive, or that they will be 10x better in gaming.
Although in the same price range, there is likely to be an increase speculated around 1.5x-2x at best.
It is going from 28nm to 16nm production, meaning more power efficiency, better performance per cuda core and better precision.
There is always a GeForce lineup in each architecture, which is aimed towards gamers.
When people say Pascal is not focused on gamers, they are misled due to the launch of a supercomputer graphics card, of which there will be 8 in a specially made supercomputer costing $250,000.
At the moment there is the GP104 chip, and a cut down version likely to be used to replace the 980ti and 970 respectively which are both now two year old cards mind you! :)
This 980 replacement will 100% be more powerful than the 980ti due to the fact that production was stopped on the card recently, which confirms its replacement
So yeah just wait till June to pull the trigger on high end cards or you'll regret it.
