Upgrade or wait?

I am thinking about upgrading my GTX 960 to the 970/980/980ti as my new monitor is 1440p 144Hz and the little 2gb 960 isnt doing to well with it. So I was wondering if I could get some help with upgrade Ideas? I have my eyes set on the gtx 980 right now, but I dont know if I should wait for pascal or not.

980ti is best of those
but
you should prob wait with buying a graphics card
Pascal should release anywhere from June-September,
reviews should be out mid/late may, will give you an idea if they are worth the wait/when the release date is
suggest you wait atleast til reviews are out, and then make your decision
you might even end up getting a cheap price-to-performance 970-980ti vs 1070/1080ti if the prices go down a fair notch
so at the very least wait 1month and see
