VSync keeps turning back on in Nvidia CP->3D Settings->Global Profile with every PC re-boot.
Running Windows 10 (fresh install) and latest Nvidia drivers (364.72). I was configuring and installing software after a CPU/mobo upgrade, went to launch GTAV and found it capped at 60 frames. Made sure vsync and other settings in-game were right, exited, went back to nvidia CP and vsync was on.
Turned it off (yes i pressed apply), launched GTA V again, and everything was good.
I closed the game, rebooted PC and vsync was back on for global profile, other things I changed in global profile were still right.
Confirmed this is happening for at least two friends with the same GPUs (980Ti), different drivers, x99 platform, GSync enabled. I can't find any way to prevent this or even others having the same problem...anyone with insight into this?
